What would happen if the sun never set?
"Equinox" is a short film that delves into themes of isolation, utopia, time, and fear, using the harsh beauty of nature as both a backdrop and metaphor. Shot in the breathtaking White Sand Dunes of central Utah, the project was brought to life by a small but passionate crew.
As the creative director and set designer, I oversaw the visual storytelling and designed the protagonist's tent, adornments, and outfit to reflect their emotional journey and the harsh, otherworldly environment. From sourcing materials to crafting pieces by hand, I worked to ensure a cohesive and immersive aesthetic to enhance the film's message.
